Mondana Koshfam
Associate
Mondana Koshfam is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego office. Her practice centers around public entity litigation, representing municipalities and other governmental agencies in a wide range of legal matters. Originally from Sacramento, Mondana relocated to San Diego in 2023 to further her legal career and take advantage of new opportunities in a vibrant legal community.
Mondana earned her Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Trial Advocacy from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She actively contributed to the McGeorge campus by serving as a founding board member of the American Constitution Society and the National Lawyers Guild. She also served as a student representative of the American Bar Association and the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court.
She expanded her legal perspective by studying Freedom of Expression under the Honorable U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy at the University of Salzburg in Austria. She also completed clerkships in both the criminal and civil divisions at the California Office of the Attorney General, in the Fraud and Special Prosecutions Unit, and the Correctional Law Section. Mondana later transitioned to the private sector, gaining significant experience in administrative law before focusing on civil litigation. This diverse background allows Mondana to adeptly handle a variety of legal challenges and provide comprehensive legal counsel to her clients.
Outside of her legal career, Mondana enjoys traveling, the beach life, and spending time with her friends, family, and her cat, Louie. Her motivation and enthusiasm for pursuing her dreams are encapsulated by her favorite quote: “You can’t change the direction of the wind, but you can adjust the sails to reach your destination.”
