





Mondana Koshfam is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego office. Her practice centers around public entity litigation, representing municipalities and other governmental agencies in a wide range of legal matters. Originally from Sacramento, Mondana relocated to San Diego in 2023 to advance her legal career and engage with the region’s vibrant legal community.
Mondana earned her Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Trial Advocacy from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and was admitted to the California Bar in 2021. During law school, she demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement and legal advocacy, serving as a founding board member of both the American Constitution Society and the National Lawyers Guild. She also held leadership roles as a student representative for the American Bar Association and the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court.
Mondana’s legal education included a unique international experience studying Freedom of Expression under the Honorable U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy at the University of Salzburg in Austria. She further honed her skills through clerkships in both the criminal and civil divisions of the California Office of the Attorney General, working in the Fraud and Special Prosecutions Unit and the Correctional Law Section.
Before transitioning to civil litigation, Mondana gained valuable experience in administrative law within the private sector. Her diverse background enables her to navigate complex legal challenges and deliver comprehensive counsel tailored to the needs of public entities.
Outside of the office, Mondana enjoys traveling, embracing the beach lifestyle, and spending quality time with her friends, family, and her rescue cat, Louie. Her motivation and enthusiasm for pursuing her dreams are encapsulated by her favorite quote: “You can’t change the direction of the wind, but you can adjust the sails to reach your destination.”
